SRX868761: Drosophila melanogaster adult female gut

Design: RNA was extracted from dissected guts of 6-day-old adult female by the RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) and 1 μg RNA was reverse-transcribed into cDNA. Multiplex libraries were prepared using TruSeq RNA Samples Prep kit v2 and sequenced by Illumina Hi-Seq2000 platform.
